Written by the Dutch botanist Cornelis Rugier Willem Karel van Alderwerelt van Rosenburgh (1863-1936), who was the leading pteridologist in the Malay Archipelago in the late 19th and early 20th century. These four parts may be considered as sequels to his massive " Malayan ferns", published in 1909 (Stafleu and Cowan, 78). All parts are rare. A complete suite must be very rare. This one comes in an attractive binding.
