Offprints, on behalf of the author, of works published in the Comptes Rendus de la Société de Géographie de Paris. The author, Roland Napoléon Bonaparte, 6th Prince of Canino and Musignano (1858-1924) was a French prince and president of the Société de Géographie from 1910 until his death (Wikipedia). As a renowned traveller and anthropologist, he was especially interested in Suriname (Dutch Guiana) and Dutch New Guinea, now Irian Jaya. Printed in very small numbers and therefore rare. A. de Lange" on front wrapper versos. Otherwise very good, clean.
