An excellent monograph by one of the foremost 19th-Century British entomologists, John Obadiah Westwood (1805-1893). It deals with a group of very colourful Australian and Neotropical butterflies. The coloured plates by C. Berjeau are truly excellent. Published in the Society's Transactions, Second Series - Zoology, volume 1(4), and now seldom seen. With the issue's wrappers.
